A new interview series in which we beat the lockdown blues reaching out to friends for a nice and informal telephone chat. In our second episode, Fernando Sdrigotti talks to Martha Sprackland, who is currently in lockdown in London, UK.
Some of the topics discussed: poetry as an encounter, writing and not writing fiction, and her new book Citadel.
Martha Sprackland is a writer and editor from Merseyside, now living between London and Madrid. She was co-founder and poetry editor of Cake magazine, and is one of the founding editors of multilingual arts magazine La Errante. She is the editor of independent press Offord Road Books.
Citadel is published by Pavilion Poetry.
