We especially welcome reviews that deal with books that haven’t received proper attention in mainstream media, particularly work in translation, regardless of when they have been published. If a book has received a lot of coverage already, please assume a review of it is not for us, regardless of your unique point of view.

Guidelines:

Please note we would prefer titles from smaller/independent presses and new authors and that we are not currently accepting reviews of self-published books. We have no interest in online book discourse — we are mainly interested in essayistic reviews that can connect a book with wider themes.
